Shipping Policy

Once payment is complete, all shipments are approved and submitted to our warehouse within 24hrs.  Shipments will be processed and handed over to the appropriate courier within 2 business days to be shipped to your location. We ship primarily with Canada Post, USPS, DHL and FedEx as we find them to be the most affordable and reliable, though we do use other services depending on the country. Typical shipping times once handed over to the courier is 3-9 business days, but this will depend on the size of the shipment and the remoteness of the location. 

Aesir Filters is not responsible for lost packages or packages that are delivered by the courier but are lost or stolen once delivered. We will do our best to work with you in these instances, but once we have processed the order and given it to the courier, all subsequent issues should be taken up with the appropriate company. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us, as our number one priority is ensuring you are happy with the product and the resulting coffee you brew. 

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with the product or you do not feel it lives up to your expectations, we will offer a full refund for the product, including shipping, within 30 days of the original purchase. If the product is defective or damaged, we will offer you a replacement item unless you request a refund. 

We do not offer refunds for purchases that are within the estimated ship times, but did not arrive as quickly as you expected. Please see our shipping policy for an outline of how long it will take for orders to arrive. 

If you no longer want or need the product, you can send back the unopened product for a refund (minus shipping costs).
